Before returning your order, please email us at hello@aglowgroup.co.uk including your order number and the issue you have experienced.
Completely unopened and unused items still in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
Cancelling your order
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled without penalty.
Orders that have already been shipped must be returned through a Returned Merchandise Authorisation. Please contact us at hello@aglowgroup.co.uk to arrange this.

Once a returned product has been inspected and confirmed fit for resale, all payments will be refunded to you within 14 days.
Where a product has been deemed to be faulty in any way, the return cost will be paid by us.
All other returns are at the cost of the purchaser.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
